Lincoln’s antiques community is buzzing this week as Unique Auctions and the Lincoln Antiques Centre, in partnership with much-loved radio presenter John Marshall, unveil their brand-new online TV show: Unique Antique Quest.
The concept is simple, fast-paced, and irresistibly fun. Two couples – Ella and Morgan and Martin and Emma – were each handed £100 and set loose inside the remarkable, labyrinthine Lincoln Antiques Centre. Their mission: hunt for hidden gems, haggle hard, trust their instincts, and pick the items they believe could shine at auction.
Those very finds now go under the hammer at the Unique Auctions Antiques and Collectors Auction on Sunday 23 November.
Will their purchases soar? Will a dusty bargain turn out to be a sleeper hit? Could a £5 doll or a £70 19th Century Bible send the bidders wild?
There’s only one way to find out.
Visitors are encouraged to come along on auction day, watch the drama unfold live, and see exactly how far £100 can go in the world of antiques. While there, guests can explore the Antiques Centre itself – packed with curios, collectables, vintage treasures, and everything in between – many of which will also appear in the Sunday sale.
And as John Marshall teases with a grin: “They could become millionaires!”
The gavel drops soon. The thrill of the hunt is real.
Don’t miss the first ever Unique Antique Quest.
