If the clearance has items for auction, these will be stored until we are able to return.
In order to carry out any house, estate or farm clearances, we require written confirmation stating that:
- This service is absolutely essential
- The property will be unoccupied, or that those in attendance have not been in contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
