To enter items into Auction there is a lotting fee of £1.50 per lot Plus 15% Commission+ VAT payable on each lot sold.

Unsold items can be re entered into the next available sale, but will incur a further £1.50 entry fee.

Due to the high volume of entries it would be helpful if items are brought in at least 10 days before the sale you wish them to be entered in to.

The auctioneers will arrange items in suitable lots to save extra expense. You can place a reserve on any lot to protect it and one of our auctioneers will be happy to advise you as to the reserve amount. Unique Auctions reserve the right to refuse entry for any item which , we believe in our opinion has too high a reserve on it.

If Items are unsold we would appreciate their collection at the earliest opportunity if they are not being re-entered. Items with no reserve that do not sell will not be re-entered in to another sale as this will incur unnecessary cost for the vendor.

Payments are made in full to the vendors within 28 days, these can be posted or collected from our office but please allow 28 days before collection.
